Welcome to Calming Blocks ("we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile game Calming Blocks (the "App").
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information described in this policy. If you disagree, please uninstall the App and cease use.
The following data is stored exclusively on your device using secure local storage. It is never transmitted to our servers or any third party:

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, or any other personally identifiable information.
We do not use your data to build profiles for sale to third parties, and we do not sell your personal information.
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in the free version of the App. AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier and other signals to show relevant ads.
On iOS 14.5 and later, we are required by Apple to ask for your permission before accessing your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) for cross-app tracking. When you first launch the App on iOS, you will see Apple's standard ATT prompt. If you decline, we will still show ads but they will not be personalised based on your activity across other apps.
You can change your ATT decision at any time: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Calming Blocks.
On Android you can opt out of ad personalisation via: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalisation.
You can permanently remove all advertisements through our one-time in-app purchase. Once purchased, AdMob is not shown and no advertising identifier is accessed for ad purposes.
We use the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policy:
The App is rated 4+ (iOS) and Everyone (Android) for content — meaning the game itself is appropriate for all ages. However, as an App that uses advertising and analytics, we treat it as not directed at children under 13 for data-collection purposes.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided us with personal information or is using the App, please contact us at privacy@codehunktech.com and we will take steps to delete such information.
The App complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and, where applicable, the UK Children's Code and other equivalent regulations.
Regardless of your location, you may:
If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or UK GDPR:
Our legal bases for processing under GDPR are: legitimate interests (analytics and crash reporting to maintain and improve the App) and consent (personalised advertising via ATT/GAID opt-in).
To exercise any GDPR right, contact us at privacy@codehunktech.com. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) grants you the following rights:
To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@codehunktech.com. We will verify your request and respond within 45 days.
Because we use Firebase (Google) and AdMob (Google), your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries. Google applies Standard Contractual Clauses and other safeguards approved by the European Commission for such transfers. RevenueCat similarly complies with applicable data transfer requirements.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also display a notice within the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
